  • Ben Gadbois President and Chief Executive Officer +
    Ben Gadbois President and Chief Executive Officer

    Ben J. Gadbois is the President and CEO of Corelle Brands. Ben is also a member of the Company’s Board of Directors.

    He is responsible for leading the Company’s strategic vision, global core growth strategies and executing a business model that underpins sustainable and long-term growth. He is relentlessly focused on maximizing value creation by enabling transformational projects to deliver increased innovation and organizational efficiencies, drive profitable growth, reduce working capital, push global expansion, build new capabilities and develop world-class talent.

    Ben Gadbois is the former global president and chief operating officer of Spin Master and a former member of its Board of Directors. Ben joined Spin Master in 2012 and was instrumental in guiding the company through more than 10 acquisitions, its successful IPO in 2015 and growing it into one of the top children’s toy, games and entertainment companies in the world.

    Before joining Spin Master, Ben spent 13 years at Newell Brands in leadership positions, including global president of the writing & marker global business unit that includes well-known brands such as Sharpie, Paper Mate, Graco, Pyrex and Expo. Ben also served as global president of Rubbermaid, where he drove significant improvements in profitability and is credited for the company’s successful turnaround. Prior to that position, Ben also led several other businesses for Newell Brands based in Europe and Mexico.

    Ben believes in giving back through philanthropic and community-based work. He not only works with several local and international charities in his personal time, but also contributes financially to drive their mission and success. He holds a B.S. in accounting from Salem State University and holds CPA and CMA designations.

    Ben also served over the last several years on various private equity, private company and public company boards.

  • MaryKay Kopf Chief Marketing Officer +
    MaryKay Kopf Chief Marketing Officer

    MaryKay Kopf joined Corelle Brands as the Chief Marketing Officer, in January 2018. She has served on Corelle Brands' Board of Directors since 2014. MaryKay has three decades of marketing experience in executive roles, most recently serving as global CMO and Senior Vice President and Vice President Marketing North America for AB Electrolux, a leading home and professional appliance maker. There she led the transformation of Electrolux to a global consumer marketing and innovation company focused on growth. She has a proven track record of driving profitable growth in global consumer products categories and has extensive consumer marketing, innovation and digital experience. Prior to joining Electrolux in 2003, MaryKay held multiple positions at DuPont, a science-based products and services company, including Global Brand and Business Strategy Manager and European Business Manager. She received an MBA from Loyola College in Maryland and a BS in finance from Virginia Tech Pamplin College of Business.

    Andrew Warburton SVP, General Manager Instant Brands and CIO

    Andrew Warburton is the Senior Vice President, General Manager Instant Brands and Chief Information Officer. Andrew has served as CIO since 2012. In this role, he leads IT strategy and delivery including global ERP and digital/ecommerce platform transformation, and information security. Andrew joined Corelle Brands in 2002 in the role of Sr. Application Analyst and quickly stepped up to become IT Applications Team Lead. In this role, he delivered solutions that helped the company successfully navigate financial reorganization and a brand divestiture. Appointed Director of Application Services in 2006, Mr. Warburton led the company's successful global ERP consolidation initiative from 2006 through 2011. During 2011, Andrew led the IT Infrastructure and Operations team as Director of Technology Services where he guided the team through several technology platform upgrades and consolidations. Andrew's prior experience includes six years of finance and IT assignments at Siemens Telecom Networks, a manufacturer of telecom infrastructure for major telco providers. He holds a BS in Accounting and an MBA, both from the University of Central Florida.

    Peter Chan President, Greater China & West Asia

    Peter Chan is the President of the Greater China and West Asia regions for Corelle Brands and has been with the company for eleven years. Peter built the Corelle Brands China operation from the ground up, paving the way for the company to become one of the leading imported household brands in Greater China. Under his leadership, Corelle Brands has grown to achieve leading brand awareness and market share across retail, TV home shopping and E-commerce channels. Peter was born and raised in Hong Kong and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with honors from the University of Saskatchewan, Canada. He has 30 years of international sales, merchandising, retail and brand licensing experience in consumer goods. Prior to joining Corelle Brands, Peter was a key executive at China Resources Enterprise Retail Division, where he ran the China retail operation and led mergers and acquisitions in fashion brands.

  • Tony Carfagno Executive Vice President Sales +
    Tony Carfagno Executive Vice President Sales

    Tony Carfagno is the Executive Vice President of Sales, joining Corelle Brands in January of 2018. He has nearly 30 years of experience selling top consumer brands in the U.S. as well as international markets. He most recently served as the Executive Vice President of Global Sales for Igloo Products Corp where he drove top and bottom line growth by expanding distribution and improving product mix domestically as well as globally. He has sold across a multitude of retail channels including mass, club, drug, grocery, hardware, department store/specialty, and commercial. Prior to joining Igloo in 2003, Tony held a variety of Senior Sales roles at Black and Decker in the former household appliance group which he joined in 1989. He received his MBA from Wilmington University and his BS degree in Operations from the University of Delaware.

    Cathy Landman Chief Legal and Human Resources Officer

    Cathy Landman joined Corelle Brands as its Chief Legal and Human Resources Officer in October 2018. Cathy has over 30 years of experience navigating risk and providing strategic legal advice to global business teams. Her experience also includes leading human resources, compliance, licensing, risk and EHS functions. Prior to joining Corelle Brands, Cathy led the legal and human resources functions at YA Engage, an engagement marketing agency. Before that, she served as General Counsel of Jostens, a partner in the academic and achievement channel serving the K-12 educational, college and professional sports segments. Cathy also has significant housewares experience gained during the 10+ years she served as the Chief Legal Officer at Pampered Chef. She has also held various in-house legal positions at Mary Kay Inc. and National Car Rental. She started her career at the law firm of Dorsey & Whitney. Cathy graduated from Georgetown University and obtained her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

    Nick Hewitt Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

    Nick Hewitt joined Corelle Brands as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in January 2020. Nick leads the accounting, finance and tax organization dedicated to supporting the Company’s business globally. Nick has more than 20 years of private and public company international financial, treasury, operational finance and accounting experience across a range of industries. Before joining Corelle Brands, Nick was the Divisional CFO for the food retail business of Marks and Spencer plc. and the CFO of the North American Glass division of Ardagh Group. Nick also has more than 10 years of accounting experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Dublin and Boston. Nick is a Chartered Accountant and holds degrees from the Queen’s University of Belfast and the Dublin City University.
